The world’s surfing elite will gather in France at the end of September for the Quiksilver Pro France 2004. The top 45 surfers on the planet led by the likes of Kelly Slater & Andy Irons will dispute the sole World Championship Tour event held in France between the 24th of September and the 3rd of October.

As the ultimate test on the French surfing calendar, the Quiksilver Pro France has always been the climax of the European season. Held right at the start of autumn, a period favorable for big swells to start hitting the Aquitaine coastline, the 8th stop on the WCT is renowned for its excellent wave conditions that allow the top surfers in the world to show off their extraordinary talent. Most of the WCT surfers considered the Quiksilver Pro France as the best event of the 2003 season.

With four events remaining on the WCT Tour, the Quiksilver Pro France plays a pivotal role in determining who will be crowned world champ...and with $260,000 up for grabs- the competition is sure to be fierce!
